Fund Sales
Responsible for distributing fund products to institutional investors, family offices, and HNW individuals across Asia, Europe, and Americas. Build and nurture long-term investor relationships while driving fund growth and market expansion.
Key Requirements
- •5+ years of experience in alternative investment sales or institutional sales
- •Demonstrated track record of managing relationships with institutional investors and family offices
- •Strong understanding of alternative investment products and fund structures
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills across multiple markets
- •Willingness to travel internationally to meet with investors
Investment Analyst
Focus on sourcing and analyzing allocation opportunities across secondary markets, pre-IPO companies, and private equity. Conduct detailed due diligence, financial modeling, and recommend investment opportunities aligned with fund strategy.
Key Requirements
- •3+ years of experience in investment analysis, private equity, or asset management
- •Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills
- •Strong understanding of secondary markets, pre-IPO investments, and private equity
- •Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- •CFA or similar financial certification (preferred but not required)
Investor Relations (Worldwide)
Managing relationships with existing LPs and institutional investors globally. Provide regular reporting, ensure seamless communications, and build long-term investor partnerships while serving as a key point of contact across multiple time zones.
Key Requirements
- •4+ years of experience in investor relations or LP management
- •Proven ability to manage multiple investor relationships across different geographies
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills
- •Experience with investor reporting platforms and fund documentation
- •Ability to work across multiple time zones and maintain professional communication standards
Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
Supporting the executive team with scheduling, travel coordination, document preparation, and day-to-day operational support. Ensure smooth functioning of executive operations and maintain organizational excellence.
Key Requirements
- •2+ years of experience as an executive or personal assistant in a fast-paced environment
- •Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- •Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and scheduling tools
- •Discretion, confidentiality, and ability to handle sensitive information
- •Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work proactively with minimal supervision
Fund Accounting
Managing fund NAV calculations, financial reporting, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance for multiple fund structures including SPVs, OFCs, and managed funds. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all fund accounting processes.
Key Requirements
- •3+ years of experience in fund accounting or financial management
- •Strong knowledge of fund accounting principles, NAV calculations, and regulatory requirements
- •Experience with multiple fund structures (SPV, OFC, managed funds)
- •Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
- •CPA or similar accounting qualification preferred; attention to detail is essential
